Mono Multifunction Device
The ApeosPort-IV 7080/6080 is our mono multifunction device for high-speed, high-volume and reliable document processing. The ApeosPort-IV 7080/6080 has copy and print speed of 75/65 pages per minute (ppm), as it sets the highest standard for speed and productivity. Its use of Smart Energy Management Technology, which supplies energy only to the activated function, makes it an efficient and environmentally friendly choice.
Features
- Experience high output performance with print speeds up to 75/ 65ppm in black and white.
- Print from USB memory device for faster document delivery when you’re not at your computer.
- Single print driver works with all printers. The Xerox Global Print Driver® supports Fuji Xerox and non-Xerox devices on the network. Never have to redeploy another print driver, saving hours of downtime.
- Driverless printing for remote users. With CentreWare Internet Services web utility, any connected computer can immediately output PDF, TIFF, JPEG and DocuWorks from any network computer without using a printer driver.
- Secure print helps keep documents private by holding print jobs in the queue until the user enters the password. Password protected PDFs require a password to open and view a sensitive scan. This function is built-in as a standard feature in this multifunction device.
Scan
- Color & mono scanning speed at 200 ipm for 2-sided document. Your department can swiftly scan, retrieve, electronically store and distribute documents.
- Simply scan your hard copy documents and get searchable digital files that can be automatically shared via email or network folder, or stored on the device or any USB memory device for true portability.
- Significantly scan small files via the latest scan-export compression technologies reduce traffic on the network and accelerate document delivery. This device can detect text, tables and pictures in scanned images and convert them into Microsoft Word and Excel documents so you can edit them easily.
- Increase employee efficiency with robust scanning features that store frequently used forms and documents in the device’s hard drive for subsequent reprinting.
- Scan to any USB memory device for faster document delivery when you’re not at your computer.
Copy
- Up to 75 ppm copy and print speeds.
- Supporting a wider range of media types and weight from more trays than most devices in its class. It supports up to 300 gsm and media sizes up to SRA3.
Fax
- Electronic fax. If there is a concern about faxes getting lost in piles of other documents; this feature eliminates paper wastage and provides peace of mind. It will route incoming faxes to a nominated email address, folder or network connected PC for retrieval and further distribution on demand.
- Restrict users from sending faxes to numbers not listed in your address book. This security feature will help protect the leakage of confidential information and reduce costs by preventing users from using the fax function for non-business related purposes.
- Capture and store undelivered faxes sent directly from the device. The fax number can be edited at the user interface and re-sent if required, without rescanning the document(s).
- Block unwanted (junk) fax numbers. This allows you to block specified fax numbers, so it does not print faxes received from those numbers in the future.
